Nach einigen Versuchen mit verschiedenen Kartsitzen,haben wir uns für
das Produkt von Caliba entschieden. Ab sofort wieder lieferbar der Caliba
Kartsitz in schwarz Größe XXL. Mit speziellen Verstärkungen im Rückenbereich
und an den Verschraubungspunkten. Der ideale Kartsitz für den Leihkartbetrieb
sehr stabil.
Kart Hersteller können gerne auch größere Mengen bei uns anfragen.
Dazu passend haben wir auch das Caliba Indoorkart Lenkrad mit 300mm Durchmesser
im Lieferprogramm.

After several efforts with different suppliers of karting seats we have
decided ourselves for the Caliba seats.
They are now available in black size XXL with special strengthening
in the back and at the screw connections.
This very solid karting seat is ideal for rental karts.
Manufacturer of karts can order bigger quantities. We can also offer
the Caliba steering wheel with a diameter of 300 mm.

Après plusieurs essais avec différents fournisseurs des sièges karting
nous nous sommes décidés pour les sièges de Caliba.
Ils sont maintenant disponibles en noir en taille XXL avec le renforcement
spécial dans le dos et aux raccordements de vis.
Ce siège karting très plein est idéal pour les karts de location.
Le fabricant des karts peut commander de plus grandes quantités.
Nous pouvons également offrir le volant de Caliba avec un diamètre
de 300 millimètres.

Das passiert auch nicht alle Tage. Ein Kunde aus Island hat es nicht geschafft
zu unseren Öffnungszeiten am Freitag seine Ware abzuholen. Das ist soweit
natürlich kein Problem, da ist die Firma D&M Motorsport ja flexibel. Gesagt getan….
so wurde dann die Ware im Lager zusammengestellt. Allerdings stellte sich die Frage,
wie die größere Menge an gekauften Produkten dann in einen Peugeot 306 passen sollte.
Kein Problem sagte unser Kunde ein LKW wäre schon unterwegs zu uns.
Die Zeit drängte, der Kunde musste noch pünktlich am Samstag die Fähre nach Dänemark
erreichen um dann am heutigen Montag eine weitere Kartbahn zu eröffnen.
Leider fuhr der „LKW“ bei Hannover in die verkehrte Richtung und alles zögerte sich noch ein
bisschen heraus.
Gegen 1.30 Uhr in der Nacht zum Samstag trauten wir dann unseren Augen nicht. Es stand
ein ausgedienter Linienbus vor unserem Hallentor.
Nachdem wir uns das Lachen nicht verkneifen konnten, haben wir dann die Ware mit unserem
Stapler in den Linienbus verladen. Platz war hier ja genug vorhanden. Das gibt es wohl auch
nicht noch einmal.
Auf diesem Wege noch mal viele Grüße an unseren Kunden, mit dem wir viel Spaß hatten.

D&M Motorsport is well known for its customer service

This doesn’t happen every day.
A customer from Iceland missed our opening times to pick up his goods on Friday.
While asking in the neighbourhood he found out the contact to us. And because
we are flexible, our staff members came at night and put together the order.
Now there was only the question how to put 6 pallets into a Peugeot 306. No problem
was the answer of our customer. A van will come to pick up the pallets.
Time has run and the customer was very hurry because he had to catch the ferry to
Iceland in Denmark the next day.
Unfortunately the van took the wrong motorway and it lasts until 1:30 h in the night
until he drove on our premises. We were very surprised when we saw what kind of van
they drove. It was an old German public-transit bus. When we were finishing wondering
about that strange vehicle, we loaded the bus with our forklift.
By this way: once again many greetings at our customers, with whom we had much fun.

Ceci ne se produit pas chaque jour. Un client d'Islande a manqué nos temps
d'ouverture de prendre ses marchandises en vendredi. Tout en demandant
dans le voisinage il a découvert le contact à nous. Et parce que nous sommes
flexibles, nos membres du personnel sont venus la nuit et ont remonté l'ordre.
Maintenant il y avait seulement la question comment mettre 6 palettes dans
Peugeot 306. Aucun problème n'était la réponse de notre client. Un fourgon
viendra pour prendre les palettes.
Le temps a fonctionné et le client était très hâte parce qu'il a dû attraper le bac
en Islande au Danemark le prochain jour.
Malheureusement le fourgon a pris l'autoroute fausse et il dure jusqu'à 1h30 h
pendant la nuit jusqu'à ce qu'il ait conduit sur nos lieux. Nous avons été très
étonnés quand nous avons vu ce qu'un peu le fourgon il a conduit. C'était un vieil
autobus allemand de public-passage.
Quand nous finissions l'interrogation sur ce véhicule étrange, nous avons chargé
l'autobus avec notre chariot élévateur.
Par de cette façon : de nouveau beaucoup de salutations à nos clients, avec qui
nous avons eu beaucoup d'amusement.
